2. Services Provided

MP Creative & Co LLC offers strategic branding, marketing support, and Squarespace website design, including but not limited to social media management, email marketing, brand and social assessments, and business consulting. Scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined per client agreement or product listing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, required assets, and timely communication to support project progress. Timeline adjustments caused by delayed materials will be reflected in project planning.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Payment terms, deposits, or upfront payments are defined per service agreement or digital checkout. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on service scope, work completed, and circumstance. Refund approvals, if granted, are partial or full at the discretion of MP Creative & Co and issued via the original payment method. Chargebacks or disputes submitted without prior written communication may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

MP Creative & Co retains ownership of all original strategy, content, and design until payment obligations are fulfilled. Clients receive usage rights to final approved deliverables as defined in their agreement or product purchase.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect proprietary information shared during collaboration. Client information is not shared externally unless required by law or authorized in writing by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

MP Creative & Co is not liable for third-party platform outages, externally caused data loss, or results influenced by market conditions, platform changes, or audience behavior. While we apply ethical strategy and best-practice execution, outcomes are not guaranteed.

8. Service Termination

Either party may request to end services in writing. Completed work or active support up to termination will be compensated according to agreement terms.

9. Updates to Terms

MP Creative & Co LLC may revise these terms as needed. Continued use of our website, services, or products indicates acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States of America.
