MP Creative & Co LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality digital products and services. This Product Policy outlines purchasing, delivery, usage, and refund guidelines. By purchasing any products from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. What We Offer

Our digital products and services include, but are not limited to:

  • Social media templates and downloadable resources

  • Squarespace website design and custom builds

  • Copywriting and brand messaging support

  • Email and campaign strategy guidance

  • Funnel and conversion page direction

  • Brand and website assessments through consulting calls

  • Monthly membership

  • Digital branding guides

2. Purchasing & Delivery

All digital products are purchased through our website or approved platforms. After purchase, digital files are delivered via email or secure download link. Custom service deliverables are completed and delivered according to the timeline and terms outlined in your signed client agreement.

3. Refund Policy (Case-by-Case)

Due to the digital nature of our products, most purchases are final. However, refunds may be granted in the following situations and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis:

  • A duplicate purchase was made in error

  • A product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end

  • A custom service was not fulfilled as outlined in your signed agreement

If a refund is approved, it may be partial or full at the discretion of the Company and will be issued through the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase by contacting hello@madelinepaigecreative.com.

4. Product Usage & Restrictions

All digital products, strategy, templates, and copy are for personal or business use only by the purchasing client. Products may not be resold, shared, licensed, or redistributed. Unauthorized sharing or duplication of our designs, content, or strategic frameworks may result in removal of access and further action if necessary. Custom services delivered are exclusive to the purchasing client and may not be transferred to another entity without prior written approval.

5. Updates & Modifications

The Company may update or improve digital products to ensure quality and functionality. Clients will be notified of significant updates that affect purchased products. Continued use of updated products indicates acceptance of improvements made.

6. Support & Assistance

We provide limited support for digital product troubleshooting and usage questions. Support terms for custom services are outlined in your signed client agreement.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication may result in temporary suspension of active support or product access while the matter is reviewed.
